Prenatal in a Day: Join Michelle Maclean and Raman Holat, the Divine Child Doula team, as they discuss pregnancy, birth and life with a new baby, sharing some much needed info as you prepare for this big life change. Join us one Sunday a month from 10:00am to 4:00pm. This event is by pay-what-you-can donation; the suggested donation being $30-$50 per person. Please pay what you can to our lovely teachers when you arrive! Bring a notebook, pen, and lunch! Lunch break from 12pm-1pm. Please call or email to RSVP.
Queer and Trans Pregnancy and Parenting Group: A space for queer and trans folks to gather, discuss topics related to pregnancy and parenting, offer support, and build community. Monthly on Saturdays 2-4pm, by donation. During the summer we plan informal outdoor gatherings. We request that allies support us by respecting this space as a trans and queer space only. Preparing for Parenthood: First Baby and Multiples: Generously hosted by the doulas at Maidenhair Birth Services, these 2 hour info sessions are for people expecting their first baby or parents expecting multiples. We've packed 2 hours full with tips, tricks and recommendations from experienced parents and postpartum birth professionals and postpartum birth professionals. Class is by donation on a sliding scale. Please pay what you can to our lovely teachers when you arrive! Parenthood 10am-12pm, Multiples 1pm-3pm. Trans and Queer Anxiety and Depression Support Group: Facilitated, ongoing and intentional sessions for trans and queer parents of small humans age 0-18 mths. The aim is to co-create a supportive space for sharing and processing complicated feelings and experiences around becoming parents. Biweekly Saturdays 10am-12pm.
