Joining the team at Strathcona Midwifery has been very fulfilling!
My background is varied, but I went to school for counselling. I practiced for a few years before realizing that being a clinician was not for me. From there, I moved to provide virtual support to counsellors and therapy adjacent fields. Despite moving away from counselling, I still have the underlying desire that motivated me to become a counsellor in the first place. To see people receive the competent, well-informed care they deserve. Care that empowers them to have a choice.
I am a passionate multi-disciplinary artist and enjoy following my creativity to make whatever excites me.

I’ve always loved life’s stories, and being part of the journey of welcoming a baby into the world feels truly meaningful. Watching children grow and families expand fascinates me, and it’s something I deeply care about.
I enjoy building, organizing, and making things run smoothly, and I bring that same energy into supporting families at the clinic. As an immigrant adopted by an Indigenous family in Canada, supporting Indigenous communities, LGBTQ+ families, and other immigrants is close to my heart.
I value Strathcona’s commitment to creating a safe, respectful space for families. I take the trust people place in us seriously, and learning alongside compassionate midwives has shaped how I approach care and community.
I’m here to support you with warmth, respect, and genuine commitment in both English and Spanish.

I was thrilled to join the Strathcona team in fall of 2024. Born and raised here in the lower mainland, the world of midwifery has been a part of my life for a long time— my mom began studying to become a midwife in the 1990s and has been practicing ever since. Much of my own work background is in inventory and office management, so you’ll often find me puttering around the clinic making sure things are organised and our teams have everything they need.
In my free time, you’re most likely to find me writing, cooking, or talking about Star Trek.

Hello! I am aborn and raised Vancouverite who was raised surrounded by doulas, birth photographers, and midwives.
Previously, while completing my Bachelor's in Science from UBC, I worked in senior care administration, peer-to-peer consent education, and the restaurant industry.
Regardless of role, I am a problem solver at my core. In my free time, you can find me playing Sudoku, eating out, or redecorating my space (again).
I am so thankful to be a part of this amazing team and honoured to be a part of your care.
